Part Time Secretary

  • £16.50 per hour
  • Based in Leatherhead
  • Temporary assignment initially for 2 weeks
  • Part time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am - 12noon (some flex required)

Role Overview

Part‑Time Secretary will provide secretarial support to the Chief Executive. This includes typing and preparing letters and reports, and ensuring documents are accurately reviewed and distributed in a timely manner.

Job Description
  • Type and format handwritten notes and reports to a professional standard.
  • Ensure all documents are reviewed, approved, and converted to PDF for final distribution.
  • Maintain an organised filing and document management system (digital and physical).
  • Take and prepare minutes at meetings, maintaining consistency in style and accuracy.
  • Provide general secretarial support, including correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders professionally on behalf of the Chief Executive.
