A leading hotel in Hounslow is seeking a friendly and passionate Receptionist. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Qualifications

  • Experience within the service industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems like Opera and/or Micros.
  • Understanding of Food Safety & Licensing laws.

Responsibilities

  • Helping guests and creating positive experiences.
  • Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out.
  • Operate Food & Beverage outlets effectively.
  • Manage all bills and payments accurately.
  • Prepare food, clean, tidy, and restock as necessary.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join the team at the Moxy.

As Receptionist you’ll be on the front line, delivering a first-class service.

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team. We encourage you to bring your own unique personality to the role and being yourself whilst working as part of a great team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Helping guests and creating positive experiences
  • Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
  • Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
  • Manage all bills and payments correctly
  • Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
  • Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
  • Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
  • Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Useful Experience
  • Experience within the service industry
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
  • Personal experience of travel and travel industry
