The company is a well-established lawfirm with multiple offices across Cornwall. It has recently undergone expansion and offers a range of legal services, including family law, litigation, conveyancing and private client work. The firm values a collaborative working environment and supports flexible working arrangements.

About the role:
  • This vacancy is to join the Family law team within the Falmouth office
  • You will be able to manage your own caseload independently but will have access to support from partners based in other offices
  • While the position does not require extensive experience, you should have sufficient post-qualification experience to operate without daily supervision
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of family law matters independently
  • Collaborate with partners in other offices for support when needed
  • Assist in building the family law offering within the Falmouth office
Salary and benefits:
  • Hybrid working model (typically two days at home, three days in the office)
