A prestigious law firm is seeking a Senior Project Finance Lawyer for remote consultancy work, focusing on project finance matters across the Middle East. Suitable candidates will have over 8 years' PQE, with experience in leading law firms, and possess strong commercial acumen and integrity. This role offers flexible hours and the potential for increased workload depending on demand.
We are working with a notable boutique firm specialising in projects and construction matters across the Middle East that is looking to work with a senior level Project Finance Lawyer on a remote, consultancy basis.
Lawyers are likely to be qualified in England & Wales, Australia and/or New Zealand, possess upwards of 8 years' PQE and must have gained significant and recent experience from leading international or city law firms. Successful Individuals must be capable of working on a standalone basis, with limited to no supervision.
This opportunity will be well suited to lawyers who work on a consultancy and/or contract basis and have the capacity to accept further work. The firm can provide circa 20 hours of work per week, with the scope for this to increase, ramping up to full utilisation.
Experience in working on project finance matters for clients within the Middle East is a pre-requisite. Experience in working on the project finance aspects of PPP projects across Saudi, the UAE and wider Gulf regions, is of particular interest.
In working with this client, the successful lawyer can expect to work on significant, high value matters on a remote basis.
