A recruitment company is seeking a Paralegal Assistant to work in the in-house legal department of a national commercial property company. Duties include drafting leases, processing invoices, and administering lease paperwork. Ideal candidates will have experience in handling lease documents and non-domestic property rates. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a specialized field in London.

- Ability to ensure prompt invoice processing.
- Knowledge of non-domestic property rates.

- Assist with drafting 12-20 leases a month.

- Administer paperwork for lease extensions.

Some of your duties will include:
- Working in an in-house Legal Department of a National Commercial Property Company
- Assisting with drafting between approximately 12-20 leases a month
- Ensuring that invoices relating to properties are processed promptly for payment
- Assisting with the mitigation and payment of non-domestic property rates
- Administering the required paperwork needed for the extension of leases
- Helping with the servicing of section 25 notices and enforcement of lease terms
