The Private Equity team advises a broad range of clients including institutional investors, private equity houses, portfolio companies, and management teams. The team is known for its commercial insight, technical excellence, and ability to deliver seamless support across the full life cycle of private equity investments.

Description
  • Supporting the execution of private equity transactions, including investments, exits, and restructurings
  • Assisting with due diligence processes and managing data rooms
  • Drafting and reviewing ancillary documents, board minutes, and corporate authorisations
  • Conducting legal research and preparing client-ready reports
  • Liaising with clients, counter parties, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with post-completion formalities
Profile
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in corporate or transnational law (ideally 3+ months in a legal or professional services setting)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A genuine interest in private equity and transaction legal work
