Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor to join the team. The selected candidate will work closely with a Partner on claims ranging in value. Focused on defendant claims. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working on high-value claims and contributing to the continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Partner in handling multi-track claims
• Provide legal expertise and support on defendant claims.
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and preparation for litigation.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure their needs are met.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a high-performing legal team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 3-5years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven experience in handling high value multi-track personal injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of the legal processes related to defendant claims.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
