The Role

As a key part of the team, you will assist fee earners with a range of legal and administrative tasks, including:

  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence under supervision
  • Preparing SDLT and Land Registry forms with accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly
  • Time recording and maintaining case files in an organised and methodical manner
  • Providing typing and administrative support to the department
Who We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience working as a paralegal in residential property
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
