Senior Conveyancing Lawyer - Swindon

Legal 500 multi office practice are looking for an experienced and ambitious senior lawyer to establish and lead a new Conveyancing Team in their Swindon office.

This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a solicitor with 8+ years PQE in residential property, strong business development skills, and a proven ability to manage a complex caseload.

The role

• Oversee residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drive business growth through networking and development initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

• 8+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Track record of successful business development and networking
• Strong attention to detail and an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
