Commercial Property Solicitor (Head of Department), 6+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £65,000+ (DOE) – We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded lawyer to lead a thriving Commercial Property Department and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. JOB REF:1566.

• You’ll manage a busy and varied caseload of commercial property matters, to include acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and refinancing.
• Alongside your fee-earning work, you will manage the Commercial Property Team, including recruitment, training, and development of staff
• You will be confident and capable of mentoring junior members of the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other professionals

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Experienced in managing complex transactions with precision and commercial insight
• A confident leader, able to inspire and develop a team
• Commercially astute, with a proven record in business development
