THE ROLE
  • Advising on a wide range of issues across agriculture and landed estates
  • Building and maintaining knowledge across the sector, sharing insights and working closely with colleagues firm-wide
  • Supporting and developing client relationships, while identifying and referring wider business opportunities
  • Actively engaging in business development and networking initiatives
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from Agriculture Solicitors with between 4–8 years’ PQE
  • Previous experience in agricultural law – or broader property experience with strong interest in the sector
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent drafting skills and legal technical ability
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Organised, proactive and detail-focused
  • Ambitious with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
