Paralegal (Real Estate Finance), Worcester, £25,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a proactive individual to support solicitors and clients on a wide range of complex and high-value property finance transactions. JOB REF:1552.

THE ROLE
  • You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and high-quality legal support.
  • Providing day-to-day legal and administrative support to fee earners and acting as a key resource within the team.
  • Undertaking legal research, using appropriate methods and sources, and presenting your findings accurately and promptly.
  • Managing the team diary, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all milestones are met efficiently.
  • Assisting with routine file management and other supervised legal processes.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from ambitious paralegals looking for a new challenge in their career.
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing or real estate finance would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a busy team, supporting colleagues as needed.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail.
