Overview

CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £55-70,000 (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity to join the highly regarded dispute resolution team at a Legal 500 firm, known for delivering exceptional legal services for a diverse range of commercial and private clients. JOB REF: 215301622

The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of contentious construction matters, advising a diverse range of clients on high-profile cases.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing your own independent caseload. This position is best suited to candidates with a solid understanding of JCT and NEC contracts within the construction or property development sectors.
  • You should demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, effectively handle a varied caseload, maintain a client-focused approach, and exhibit excellent communication skills. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key contacts, providing legal advice and support throughout the process.
  • Excellent drafting, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, allowing you to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders while delivering outstanding levels of client care. You must be highly organised, with the ability to meet agreed targets and deadlines consistently.
