As a Commercial Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality service to clients, ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions. You will work independently and collaboratively, maintaining existing client relationships while assisting in developing new ones. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and future development of the department, participating in building the client base and marketing the firm's services.

• Undertake fee-earning work independently and collaboratively
• Maintain and develop client relationships and referrals
• Collaborate with other departments on joint projects
• Assist in building the client base and marketing
• Achieve agreed financial targets for fee income
• Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• Background in practicing commercial law
• Strong ability to build working relationships
• Initiative and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Proven approach to innovation and continuous improvement
• Strong commercial awareness
