Real Estate Solicitor (FTC) 5+ PQE, West Midlands, up to c. £80,000, 9-month fixed-term contract. Join a well-established healthcare-focused commercial property team on a fixed-term contract with a leading firm.

OVERVIEW
  • Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on a fixed-term contract to manage an established caseload covering acquisitions, disposals, real estate finance and development work.
  • Handling a broad range of property matters, including freehold/leasehold transactions, reporting on title, certificates of title, and drafting advice notes.
  • Providing corporate support on asset/share purchases and sales, including reviewing, amending and negotiating agreements and undertaking related due diligence.
  • Advising on development projects and working collaboratively across departments as part of wider project teams.
  • Ideally bringing experience with health or social care sector transactions, alongside strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and confidence in direct client contact.
  • Building effective relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills, project management capability and a proactive approach.
