Corporate/Commercial Paralegal – Shrewsbury

Are you an ambitious Corporate/Commercial Paralegal looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive law firm? Our client is seeking a dedicated Paralegal/Legal Team Support professional to join its busy Commercial & Business Law department. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in corporate and commercial law who wants hands-on experience and career development in a forward-thinking legal practice.

• Drafting, reviewing and managing commercial contracts
• Assisting with company formations, corporate governance and compliance
• Supporting transactions such as mergers & acquisitions
• Conducting legal research and preparing case documentation
• Assisting with intellectual property and general business law matters
• Providing essential team support with case management and administrative tasks

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality commercial law work and develop practical legal skills in a collaborative environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about business law and eager to develop their legal career.

You should have:

• A Law degree, LPC, SQE, or equivalent qualification/experience
• A strong interest in corporate, business and commercial law
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented approach

Previous Paralegal or Legal Support experience in a commercial law environment is desirable but not essential.
