Your Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll assist on a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. You’ll be assisting on everything from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity, working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring each transaction runs smoothly, with a focus on delivering exceptional service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
• Work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure transactions progress seamlessly.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide top-tier client service, maintaining strong, professional relationships throughout.
