The firm is looking for a Senior Associate or Director to join its Commercial Property team in Glasgow. The work here is as varied as it is high-quality: sales and acquisitions, development projects, funding transactions, leasing, and all aspects of commercial conveyancing. You’ll handle complex, high-value deals that will challenge you technically, while also playing a key role in shaping the team and its future direction. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-value commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, development projects, funding transactions, leasing and all aspects of commercial conveyancing.
• Handle complex deals and contribute to shaping the team’s direction.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior colleagues; work with Partners on strategy and growth.
• Build client relationships under your own name and take ownership of business development initiatives.
