An outstanding opportunity for a Non Contentious Senior Construction Solicitor is available at a leading legal services provider in their Manchester office.

The firm is a national legal service provider with longstanding clients across the public and private sectors, including NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, registered providers, insurers, defence organisations, independent healthcare providers, charities, and GP practices.

This role involves handling a wide range of high-quality and complex non-contentious construction work for both public and independent sector clients, including health, housing, and energy sectors. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded solicitor, capable of working closely with clients, providing practical advice, and demonstrating technical proficiency in non-contentious construction matters.

Responsibilities include managing your own caseload, collaborating with Partners and Solicitors, supporting business development, and advising on commercial agreements. Candidates should demonstrate:
