Commercial Property Solicitor – Milton Keynes

Requirements
  • 1 YRS PQE, 2 YRS PQE, 3 YRS PQE, 4 YRS PQE, 5 YRS PQE, NQ
Responsibilities
  • Sound legal knowledge, drafting skills and experience with a recognised practice
  • Experience of undertaking advocacy in court/chambers/tribunal setting or willingness to develop the same
  • Commercial, practical and financial awareness
  • Confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels
  • Problem solving
  • Strong ambition for career development
  • Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm
  • Team player able to fit into a friendly, busy team

  • Ability to take early responsibility for own caseload (under supervision)
  • Exposure to landlord and tenant work specifically during training contract, particularly acting for tenants, including negotiating new leases, dealing with licences to alter, licences to assign and assignments (whether on behalf of the tenant or the assignee), deeds of variation etc.
  • Wider commercial property experience and a general understanding of the processes involved supporting the Occupiers team.
