Role Overview:

As an Employment Solicitor, your primary responsibilities will include assisting senior associates and partners with ongoing cases while managing your own caseload under supervision. The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, offering direct client contact and the opportunity to develop strong relationships. Your work will evolve as you grow in the role, with a focus on your skills, preferences, and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Assist senior associates and partners with complex cases.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:
