Conveyancer - £50k+ Bonuses - Newport, Wales

Non-volume, non-panel conveyancing role in a long-established traditional firm in Monmouthshire. Open to all levels of PQE and experience.

The successful candidate will have experience managing their own files, handling sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, with excellent technical knowledge and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to develop your career with a growing firm.

1. Managing files from inception to completion, liaising with interested parties, and ensuring adherence to policies and timelines.
2. Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters with minimal supervision, utilizing a case management system.
3. Building positive relationships with clients to meet their needs effectively.
4. Meeting targets and deadlines consistently.
5. Performing any other duties as required.

1. Experience in a fast-paced conveyancing environment managing a high-volume caseload.
2. Excellent client care and communication skills for delivering first-class service.
3. Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize workload under pressure.
5. Versatility and flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
