We are seeking a driven solicitor to join a highly respected Legal 500 ranked private client team of an award-winning multi-office legal practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual ready to advance their career while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

This role offers the chance to work on complex and rewarding cases that require a combination of technical expertise and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on Deputyships, Court of Protection applications and addressing elderly clients specific needs
• Providing guidance on basic Inheritance Tax planning, exemptions and reliefs

Requirements

• Experienced within private client with at least 1 year PQE
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional client care
• Possesses a keen understanding of commercial dynamics and a sharp business mindset
