Job summary
A prominent legal practice in the East Midlands is seeking a Lead Service Charge Solicitor to join their Service Charge and Arrears team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with litigation experience to manage their own caseload while supervising a dynamic team. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in debt recovery or civil litigation. The work environment supports growth, leadership development, and presents a chance to influence the future direction of the department.
Qualifications
- Over 1 year PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Experience in debt recovery, service charge arrears, or civil litigation.
- Ability to supervise or mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Handle a busy caseload of service charge arrears and related litigation.
- Oversee case progression across the paralegal team.
- Conduct monthly 1–1s for junior team members.
