Residential Property Solicitor - Chichester

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Remortgages
• Lease extensions
• Transfers of equity

They will be responsible for providing clear, strategic advice to clients and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from start to finish. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.

Requirements

Applicants will be qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with:

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Residential Property law
• A proven ability to manage files independently
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
• Confidence when liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
• A proactive, commercial mindset with an interest in business development
