Job description

This multi-office West Midlands firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy department.

You will have 2+ PQE and handle a varied caseload including:

1. Buying and selling of commercial premises
2. Commercial leases and licences
3. Option agreements, overage agreements, and pre-emption agreements
4. Planning applications
5. Property finance

You should be comfortable working independently, as you will be the only member of the commercial property team based in this office.

A keen interest in business development and self-marketing is desirable.
