Are you an experienced care solicitor looking for a leadership role with long-term career prospects?

You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with key contacts, including guardians introduced through the current Head of Department, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality work.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor with:
  • 3+ years’ PQE in care law.
  • A background in private practice, representing individuals.
  • Panel membership (desirable) or a willingness to work towards it (essential).
  • A commercially aware mindset with strong client care skills.
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary with a lucrative bonus scheme:
    • 5% of salary once you exceed target.
    • 25% of salary for exceeding target by 20%.
    • Bonus caps out at 40% of salary.
  • Flexible working – three days in the office, two from home.
  • 25 days’ holiday (3-5 days to be used over Christmas) plus bank holidays.
  • Life assurance (4x basic salary) and additional 24 months’ cover in the event of redundancy.
