Property Litigation Solicitor NQ-5+ PQE - Birmingham

New vacancy exists for a Property Litigation Associate to join one of our Legal Top 200 clients.

The firm is a leading national law firm with a formidable local and national reputation. The department is well known for high-quality, high-profile work, acting for a diverse range of clients across the UK and internationally.

Working alongside Legal 500 rated Partners, the team handles a variety of property disputes, including:

  1. Termination and renewal of business leases
  2. Dilapidations disputes
  3. Break rights
  4. Easement and covenant disputes
  5. Telecommunications issues
  6. Agricultural disputes
  7. Forfeiture
  8. Possession claims

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated solicitor with excellent legal capabilities and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be eager to immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload.
