Exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join this multi-office West Midlands practice.

The vacancy is based just outside Birmingham city centre. The firm requires a Head of Disputes to join their successful department. Working as part of a busy and friendly team, you will manage a varied caseload including:

1. Contractual issues including claims made under personal guarantees
2. Professional negligence
3. Company and partnership disputes
4. Shareholder disputes
5. Freezing and search orders
6. High-value personal disputes
7. Insolvency litigation

You will have at least 8+ years PQE. In addition to managing a caseload, you will also manage, supervise, and lead the team.
