Top 100 law firm and Bristol heavyweight are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Executive/Chartered Legal Executive to join their Real Estate team in their impressive offices in Bristol.
This role will involve working across all areas of plot conveyancing for leading housebuilders.
This thriving Real Estate department provides legal services ranging from large land acquisition deals to plot sales. They advise on residential development, strategic land joint ventures, and consortia arrangements.
The successful candidate will be part of the plots team, which handles site setup matters, section agreements, compliance certificates, and deeds of variation.
