A top-tier UK law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate Rural Property Solicitor to join their market-leading Agriculture, Farms & Estates team, based in Bristol. The Role:

You will be involved in a diverse and rewarding caseload including:

• Landlord and tenant matters (agricultural, residential, and commercial).
• Secured lending for rural property portfolios.

The Candidate:

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• 6+ years’ PQE in real estate or agricultural law.
• Strong experience in land transactions and estate work.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• A commercial, practical approach and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• An interest in rural property and countryside issues (essential if not already specialised).
