A leading legal consultancy in London is seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to support their rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice across commercial contracts, enhance internal capabilities, and manage risks on major projects. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, this role requires a UK-qualified lawyer with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE). - Advising on major projects — bidding, negotiation, drafting and dispute management
- Working with cross-functional teams to assess legal, commercial and reputational risk
- Enhancing internal capability through training, templates, tools and process improvements
- Delivering pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across compliance, regulation, construction, IP, DP, procurement, M&A, real estate, litigation and employment
- UK-qualified lawyer with 3+ PQE gained in a top-tier private practice or strong in‑house team
- Strong commercial judgement and risk awareness
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Collaborative, solutions‑led and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, innovative environment
