Are you looking for a role where you can have ownership of developing and implementing the L&D plan to meet business needs and develop individual talent, whilst also build great relationships and be part of a supportive team? If so, we have an opportunity for you - Learning and Development Lead within our People team based at our Manchester head office.

• Take ownership of full L&D provision for head office development initiatives
• Design and deliver impactful training in key topics to upskill and engage our office teams/managers
• Support the retail development programme to continually build high performing retail teams
• Manage relationship and contracts with external providers of outsourced training and manage training platforms/systems
• Oversee the Welcome Induction approach to ensure fantastic employee experience from onboarding to settling in
• Grow the apprenticeship programme to provide future talent the opportunity to shine
• Explore and introduce AI, tech and modern options for providing L&D opportunities and build knowledge across sales, digital, retail and office teams

You will need to have an enthusiastic and curious mindset, interested in understanding how development in AI and systems can help us deliver outstanding development for our teams.
