Job summary
A leading hospitality group in the United Kingdom is looking for a professional to manage and deliver training programs for team members across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality training or project management, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of HR practices. Responsibilities
- Design, manage & deliver the Team Member Welcome event for new employees.
- Deliver regular onsite service training sessions and coaching.
- Support the Operations Team by delivering regular training workshops.
Skills
- Design, manage & deliver our Team Member Welcome event, ensuring an inspiring and innovative beginning to the employee lifecycle.
- Deliver regular onsite service training sessions & coaching. Maintaining clear learning records (via our LMS Mapal), and needs analysis.
- Identifying learning needs for assigned sites by completing regular training needs analysis, reviewing Guest feedback, trade reports, mystery dinners and personal observations.
- Support the Operations Team by delivering regular training workshops.
- Experience in a similar role working with multiple sites within hospitality or retail.
- Experience of project management and implementation.
- Self‑motivated drive and work ethic able to work without close supervision.
- Good working knowledge of HR & Learning Management Systems and best practice People development processes.
- Excellent communicator and able to connect with all levels in the business with the ability to motivate your colleagues.
- Effective organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and self‑manage a workload.
- Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
