Qualifications

  • Must be organised and curious.
  • Ability to work with people and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the e-learning platform.
  • Coordinate training sessions, both online and face-to-face.
  • Produce compliance reports for managers.
  • Act as a point of contact for all learning inquiries.
  • Support opportunities for development and apprenticeships.

We're looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to play a key role in shaping how learning is delivered at ExtraCare, supporting our digital platforms, coordinating development activity, and embedding our belonging strategy, while ensuring we meet the standards set by regulators.

What You'll Be Up To
  • Keeping our e-learning platform in tip-top shape
  • Coordinating face-to-face and online training, from inductions to leadership programmes
  • Producing reports that help managers stay on track with training compliance
  • Being the friendly go-to person for all learning-related questions
  • Supporting exciting opportunities such as apprenticeships, job shadowing, funded development and L&D projects
  • Helping bring our belonging strategy to life through learning initiatives

No two days are the same. One day you might be scheduling training, securing funding or pulling together compliance data; the next, you could be helping someone discover a new career path. That's part of the fun.

About You

You're organised, curious and enjoy making things work seamlessly. You're confident with systems, enjoy working with people, and can juggle priorities with ease. Experience in learning and development or training is great, but not essential, we'll support you to grow into the role.

  • Hours : 37.5 hours per week (Permanent, Full-time)
  • Location : Head Office, Coventry
  • Salary : £25,983.95 per annum
