We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Project Manager to join our engineering team, supporting the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across our frameworks.

• Work alongside experienced project managers to plan, organise, and deliver projects from start to finish.
• Help prepare project schedules, track key milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support in managing budgets, resources, and risks.
• Take part in meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers, helping to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Use project management tools and software to keep records up to date.
• Spot potential problems early and help find practical solutions.
• Make sure that health, safety, and environmental standards are always followed on site and in the office.
• Learn how to balance quality, cost, and time to deliver the best outcomes.
• You’ll be learning how to manage infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
• Developing skills in commercial management, stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation.
• Building confidence in using project management tools and techniques.
• Supported by experienced project managers and mentors to help you grow into a future leader.

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related subject (or are due to graduate this year)
• Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
