About the Role

This role will be responsible for the planning, management, and successful delivery of graphics and event media for organiser and exhibitor public space and in-hall requirements at the NEC, ICC and VOX. Providing a single point of contact to customers to achieve the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the pre-planning, coordination, and execution of public space and in-hall services for organisers and exhibitors, ensuring safe installation/removal, statutory compliance, and effective client liaison throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers, proactively address client needs and last-minute requests, resolve on-site issues, and maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
  • Maximise revenue through tailored solutions, manage accurate service documentation and invoicing, provide quotations, and support team development through coaching, mentoring, and administrative assistance.
About You

Our Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be proficient in design software, computer systems, and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Experienced in project planning, graphic design, print production, and creating strong visual presentations.
  • Over 2 years in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments with a passion for customer service.
