Overview

We’re looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our Construction team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on a structured graduate development programme designed to provide you with the experiences and tools needed for progression within your chosen career.

Location: London – with flexibility to travel across the region

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to an assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

Starting date: September 2026

Responsibilities
  • As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the London team in the delivery of our construction and refurbishment projects. The role will support with the operational delivery of our projects.
  • To deliver upon success, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from inception, through pre-construction and on-site construction to completion and the aftercare process.
  • As Graduate Project Manager, you will cover all aspects of the management of construction projects. Your training plan will include dedicated time working with the key functions of our team including - Business Development, Pre-Construction, Estimating, Planning, Design Management, Operations, Health, Safety and Commercial.
  • This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in construction project management.
Day-to-day duties
  • Planning and monitoring Health, Safety and Wellbeing across the project
  • Planning and monitoring of Quality Control
  • Supporting with the development of the programme through to tracking and managing change
