Résumé du poste
A construction management company in the City Of London is seeking a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the industry and a relevant degree. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling projects, liaising with clients, and overseeing site inspections. The role requires fluency in English and Chinese.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in construction or renovation project management.
Responsabilités
- Plan and schedule projects effectively.
- Liaise with clients and consultants for issue resolution.
- Conduct daily inspections on site.

Formation
- Planning & Scheduling Project
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
- Liaison with client and consultants to resolve any critical issues and budget control
- Liaise with subcontractors for managing site work activities
- Carry out daily inspection on site work with consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of work
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in construction / renovation, related industry/practical experience in Project Management Services.
- A degree in related course recognized by respective professional bodies/institutions or BCA
- Able to speak English & Chinese (to liaise with sub-con worker)
