A regional development organization in Liverpool is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of the LCR Innovation Zone Programme. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative success, budget management, and the ability to work under pressure. This role is vital for driving innovation in the health and life sciences sector, requiring strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
Please note that this role will be fixed term for a duration of three and a half years.
The post will provide professional project management support delivery of the LCR Life Sciences Innovation Zone Programme, working with public and private sector partners to drive forward implementation.
The Liverpool City Region Innovation Zone is a £160 million government investment designed to accelerate the growth of the health and life science sector, part of Government’s Investment Zone Programme.
The successful candidate will provide project management support to assist the coordination of the Innovation Zone workstreams internally including Investment, Communications, Skills, Policy and Inward Investment.
We are seeking an individual with professional project management expertise to coordinate and support the delivery of key work streams for the LCR Innovation Zone Programme. We are looking for someone to also support relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the LCR Innovation Zone Programme.
Working with colleagues in Business Growth, the individual will play a key role supporting the development of the of the LCR Innovation Eco‑System through the LCR Innovation Zone Programme. We are seeking an individual keen to support project delivery but also be visible in the LCR Innovation Eco‑System and champion the LCR Innovation Zone Programme.
