Location: Broughton Sanctuary (near Skipton) office-based

Salary: circa £24,000 (+ benefits)

Full-time, permanent

We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Digital Project Assistant to manage content uploads to our digital signage CMS and support day-to-day social media and YouTube publishing. You’ll also help our Project Managers and Research Assistants to deliver a variety of client and internal projects from start to finish, ensuring a high quality product is delivered on time and within budget.

We see this roll progressing on to a Digital Manager/Director pathway in line with business growth goals.

What you’ll do
  • Prep, upload and schedule content across our digital signage CMS.
  • Create simple graphics/short animations in Canva, Adobe Express or similar.
  • Publish posts across our social channels and manage YouTube uploads.
  • Support Project Managers and Research Assistants with planning, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and status comms across multiple projects.
  • Keep a tidy asset library, ensure brand consistency and accessibility.
  • Track basic performance metrics and suggest quick wins.
What you’ll bring
  • Hands‑on experience of Canva (or equivalent) and basic video editing.
  • Familiarity with any CMS (bonus if you’ve used a digital signage platform).
  • Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Adobe CC, YouTube Studio, social scheduling tools.
