Are you a strategic social media leader who lives and breathes community building? As our Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll architect and execute a relentless, data-led social experience that turns parents into our most passionate advocates.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind Greenpark’s parenting community in the Philippines. You’ll own the end-to-end social strategy—from unearthing the insights that spark conversation to designing and optimising every post, group discussion, and live event. You’ll partner closely with clients, creative teams and analysts to ensure our social channels aren’t just channels—they’re thriving hubs of real-world parenting support and inspiration.

What You’ll Do

• Craft & Execute Community Strategy Design social roadmaps that foster belonging and spark authentic conversations among Filipino parentsLaunch and moderate branded Facebook Groups, Instagram hubs, and bespoke social experiences
• Insight-Driven Content Planning Mine social listening and platform analytics to identify trending parenting topics and unmet needsTurn data into engaging content frameworks, from snackable tips to deep-dive video series
• Relentless Optimisation & Growth Set clear KPIs for engagement, membership growth and sentiment—and iterate weekly to smash goalsA/B test formats, messaging and posting cadences to continually raise the bar
• Client Partnership & Leadership Serve as the day-to-day social expert for clients—presenting strategy, reporting results and driving next-level ideasMentor junior team members, share best practices and champion a culture of experimentation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with creative, paid-media and influencer teams to amplify community initiativesIntegrate community insights into broader brand campaigns and product launches

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven Community Builder – 5+ years managing and growing online communities (parenting, CPG or lifestyle focus preferred)
• Data-Driven & Strategic – You turn social listening and analytics into crystal-clear roadmaps and measurable impact
• Relentless Optimiser – You never settle and won’t rest until both quantitative and qualitative goals are crushed
• Client-Ready Communicator – You build trust quickly, present with confidence, and translate insights into persuasive recommendations
• Filipino Parenting Insider – You understand the digital habits, pain points and language of parents in the Philippines
