About Us

Greywell Ventures is a small family office managing a portfolio of operating businesses, real estate projects, philanthropic initiatives, and private investments. Our portfolio spans health tech, hospitality, education, agriculture, and the arts.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role with a focus on marketing & PR execution, project coordination, and day‑to‑day operations. You will work across initiatives in real estate, education, health tech, hospitality, and the arts, with a focus on driving execution and maintaining momentum across multiple projects.

You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Initiatives and the Chief of Staff, supporting coordination across agencies, designers, contractors, event partners, and vendors. The position requires strong organizational rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to operate across multiple parallel workstreams.

This role is ideal for someone with a project management + marketing / PR background who enjoys creating structure out of complexity and seeing ideas through to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery Oversight
  • Own day‑to‑day project coordination and delivery tracking across multiple live initiatives in real estate development, hospitality operations, philanthropic programs
  • Maintain clear visibility on timelines, milestones, dependencies, and owners across workstreams
  • Drive follow‑through across internal stakeholders without direct authority
  • Prepare concise status and execution updates for senior leadership
Events, PR & External Communications
  • Coordinate foundation events, project launches, and external campaigns from planning through execution
  • Help shape PR and communications strategy alongside the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Chief of Staff, and CEO
  • Manage PR agencies, digital partners, and creative vendors
  • Drive and oversee social media and digital across projects
  • Stay informed on marketing and social media trends to inform execution and partner direction
Operations & Business Support
  • Support the Chief of Staff with invoicing, expenses, payroll coordination, compliance tracking, ordering, and vendor administration
  • Maintain accurate files, records, and inventories
  • Provide flexible support across Greywell’s portfolio as new ventures and initiatives arise
What You Bring
  • Project / program management experience combined with marketing, social media, PR, or operations
  • Enjoys creating structure and organization in fast‑moving environments
  • Highly detail‑oriented, with a high bar for accuracy and execution quality
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable holding others accountable
  • Thrives while working across multiple concurrent priorities
  • Experience in startup operations or a family office environment is a plus
Role Logistics
  • Reports directly to the Head of Strategic Initiatives
  • Works closely with the Chief of Staff, internal portfolio leads, and external agencies
  • London / Surrey based with offices in London, Chertsey, and Godalming, with hybrid / WFH flexibility
  • Standard hours 9 : 00–5 : 30pm, with flexibility required
  • £55,000–£68,000 depending on experience
