RG Consultancy is proud to be working with a well-established hospitality company based in Prescott. The role would report to the finance manager and is perfect for an AAT qualified/part qualified Accounts Assistant to join a supportive team on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support the Management Accountant with month-end tasks: accruals, prepayments
- Bank reconciliation
- Cash allocation
- Carry out all credit control duties
- Process a high number of sales and purchase ledger invoices
- Handling customer queries
- Liaise with all other departments within the company
- All other adhoc duties within the finance team
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increased with service)
- 37.5hours per week with flexible start and finish times
- Company pension scheme
- Hyrbid after probation
