Vision for Education is currently recruiting dedicated and qualified SEND Tutors to support secondary students in the Runcorn area who need further assistance accessing education. This is a rewarding opportunity ideal for educators who excel at working independently and tailoring learning to meet individual needs, working toward students achieving their targets. Sessions may take place in a variety of settings which means you must be flexible. Whilst part time, there is an opportunity for increased hours for the right tutor.

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. QTS, PGCE, TEFL, TESOL, BAEd etc.)
• Experience working with SEND pupils
• Strong understanding of the secondary curriculum
• Commitment to regular, scheduled tutoring sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible, and learner-centred teaching style
