The UK operations include:

• Müller Milk & Ingredients: Focused on private label dairy products, including milk, cream, butter, and ingredients, with a network of dairies and depots servicing the country.
• Müller Yogurt & Desserts: The UK's leading yogurt manufacturer, producing brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj, and Müller Kefir Smoothie, along with chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International. It also supplies private label yogurt from a state-of-the-art facility.

We are recruiting a Process Operative for our Minsterley site within the Müller Yogurts and Desserts division. The role involves operating and managing the designated plant, achieving daily production targets, and maintaining GMP standards.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Minsterley (Shrewsbury)
Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour days and nights (6-6)
Salary: £31,079 per annum plus 1x5 overtime rate

• Deliver the daily production plan
• Operate plant/equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Achieve daily KPI targets
• Coordinate with Key Operators for start-up procedures, uphold manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure effective shift handovers and remain on line until relief
• Monitor product quality, identify non-conformance, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate and timely SIC and Quality documentation
• Train operators to ensure competence
• Lead by example to promote company values and standards
• Comply with food safety and quality procedures, control CCPs
• Maintain GMP standards and seek continuous improvement
• Prioritize health, safety, and welfare of all personnel
• Perform other duties as reasonably instructed
• Promote and adhere to company policies, procedures, and values

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in fast-moving production environments (desirable)
