Lead Application Support Analyst
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a leading Investment Bank for a Lead Application Support Analyst to join the front office Application Support team within the FX desk.
The team provides support to the Fixed Income desk, leveraging ITIL service management principles such as Event, Incident, Problem, and Change management. They serve as the primary escalation point for any issues impacting the production environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of Fixed Income trading activities (Pricing, booking, execution, live risk, market risk, etc.), market data feeds, and familiarity with applications such as Murex, ION, Bloomberg TOMS, Openlink, and XTP.
