We are seeking a Fund/Client Accounting Director to join our Global Institutional Accounting team in Manchester, in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple teams responsible for accounting services for a broad client base.
• Determine net asset values, calculate fund performance, allocate expenses, and prepare reports.
• Contribute to business planning and develop functional strategies.
• Set guidelines for NAV calculations across various fund sectors.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of total work experience, with 3-5 years in management preferred.
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and manage resources.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards and their application in fund accounting.
• Leadership skills in recruiting, motivating, and developing staff.
