The Role: Transition Manager Change Manager Energy SectorLocation: LondonSalary: 6 month Contract - £65k basicThe CompanyOur client, is a successful operator in the energy sector, looking to bring on board a Transition Manager . Currently embarking on a new state of the art energy facility which in turn will lead to a whole business transformation.The RoleAs Transition Manager you will lead projects that impact operational and maintenance teams.As Transition Manager you will lead the change management process for each project to ensure operational readiness.Working alongside a Business As Usual operational organisation you will develop key stakeholder engagement to ensure changes are well communicated and effectively adopted.You will design and deliver the transition roadmap for each project working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.You will work closely with the Transition team to provide consistent oversight of the projects.You will manage the transition project governance, reporting on risks, opportunities and actions.My client is an operational business, you will creatively design, deliver and manage the change communications of each transitional project.Working with wider transition team you will provide support if and when required to other projects.The Ideal Transition ManagerThe ideal candidate for the Transition Manager will be working in a similar remit within an operational business, delivery projects that impact operational teams.You will have proven experience in project management and change management.Sectors of interest are, power , energy, utilities, engineering, logistics or you may have experience gained from a management consulting firm.You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively in a team environment.Your verbal and written communications will be strong and you will have experience creating content for various communication channelsYou will possess excellent analytical skills.TPBN1_UKTJ
