Overview

The Senior Project Coordinator will play a vital role in driving forward the organisation\'s mission to deliver high-quality renewable energy solutions. Working closely with the Energy Operations Manager, this role is at the centre of operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards. This is an office-based role in Wokingham offering a salary of up to £33,000 plus discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the design of energy installations
  • Manage ordering and checking of materials and stock
  • Prepare handover packs for installation teams
  • Submit and collate customer satisfaction surveys
  • Produce quotations, performance estimates, and technical documents
  • Develop specifications, schedules, and drawings to required standards
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
Qualifications / Skills
  • Previous coordination or planning experience
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
