Project Manager - Super Prime Residential

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a super prime residential project valued at £8 million in Belgravia. The scheme involves complex fit-out elements along with bespoke, beautifully designed finishes crafted to the highest standards.

Our client is a highly respected super prime main contractor, based in central London, with a 15-year track record of delivering some of the most exquisite private residences in the UK. The company is known for its professional, well-structured approach, excellent supply chain relationships, and dedication to quality.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of the project, ensuring quality, programme, and cost targets are met.
2. Manage and coordinate all site activities, including structural works and high-end fit-out phases.
3. Work closely with the client team, design consultants, and subcontractors to maintain exceptional standards of quality and finish.
4. Lead a site-based team including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with all health & safety regulations.
5. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and the client, addressing risks and ensuring proactive problem-solving.
6. Ensure procurement and logistics are carefully managed for smooth and efficient project delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven experience delivering super prime residential projects or high-spec commercial schemes, ideally in London or the Home Counties.
2. Strong knowledge of structural works as well as luxury fit-out and finishes.
3. Excellent leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills.
4. Ability to manage complex programmes and maintain quality across all aspects of the build.
5. Experience working for a super prime contractor or high-end main contractor is highly desirable.
