Projects Coordinator

Location: Gloucester
Hours: 8.00 am - 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join a busy projects department. The Projects Coordinator will act as the link between sales, production, customers, and subcontract suppliers. This role involves providing technical advice, quotations, scheduling information, and ensuring customer requirements and deadlines are met. The position is office-based, with occasional external visits.

Key Responsibilities of a Projects Coordinator
  • Provide technical advice, quotations, and schedule details to customers
  • Act as the main point of contact between sales, production, and suppliers
  • Support customers in achieving their goals while ensuring internal sales and production targets are met
  • Maintain knowledge of scheduling capacity and promote additional services to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure business
